I'm in Washington. I did a 90º turn and the rear slid a little into a spot in a completely empty parking spot in Everett. Apparently a cop saw me from afar, and flashed his lights... He gave me a ticket for reckless driving, which is a criminal offense.. There isn't an amount on the ticket, I still get to go to court to find out how it all goes through. I didn't even break the law, so it should be thrown out.. Depends on how corrupt the system is though, right? He also gave my two friends in the back seat tickets for not wearing their seatbelts.. Yeah, when I was PARKED in a PARKING LOT. Cops are always fun..
