I'm getting a black 98 VERT!!!

Well I guess I'm not getting it my fiance is She has been wanting a Saab convertible for awhile and we've been looking, and I was like you know honey a TA would be more practicle (believe it or not compared to a Saab it probably is) I can work on it and parts are easy and cheap to come by. So we went and looked at a 98 z28 vert with factory ground effect, and leather. Its an Auto with 61K on it and I offered them 11k and we agreed in principle I had to take a page so I'm going to go back tomorrow.

I'm pretty excited she wants a few things like a billet grill and some chrome SS wheels. It should be fun. Its in good shape for a black car definately alot of little scratches and crap but some Zaino and she should polish up nicely

I'll hopefully be posting picks tomorrow. She is pretty excited too she got pretty upset when I told her there probably isn't enough room in the garage the way my car is in there working on the TA.

I'm gonna have TWO F-bodys a WS6 and a VERT!!!

$11K USD!!! With only 61K miles? That is a bloody steal if it is in good shape. A killer deal. You sure it is in fine shape?

Haha yeah only problem is she is taking from MY MOD MONEY

Its in great shape I mean the paint is not perfect but what black daily driver 6 year old car is? Wierd thing is the seats aren't worn kinda strange... But some Zaino and driving down the street it will look excellent. Runs great took it on a couple of WOT runs and it shifted great, carfax was perfect we are the third owner all miles are document in a correct type time span through DEQ. I wouldn't say its a SCREAMIN deal but its not bad either. Trade in on one of those is only 10k I always figure a grand is MORE than enough for a lot to make on a car going by KBB for Fair condition cars. IF they want more than that they paid too much for it or just crazy

Well we are doing a final inspection in a garage tonight with it all cleaned up to see the real condition of the paint. It was dusty on the day we saw it.

Sandeep like I said we'll be up there maybe will drive the vert and they can go cruisin in it. I mean a nice day in a Z28 vert might be a VERY good influence

LOL no vette at least for awhile The vert is pretty sweet. I ordered a polished billet grill and a RK sport front spoiler to finish off the ground effects then I need some chrome ZR1s and lower it and it will be presentable

You do need to stop by Jeff!! My 01 is torn apart right now getting heads and cam installed. A BIG cam actually!

My bad, I should have been over long ago. Actually, if I just got out of the car and knocked on your door I might have seen it a couple times already.

Of course, I'll have to park around the block now...
