will they cover damage to the front end from like rock chips from a gravel truck?

On a new car yes...but you have depre-she-ation, I can't spell...but anyway, from what I remember about your car the front end was not perfect...ICBC will give you a certain percentage towards the repairs but not much.

IMO its cheaper in the long run to repair the damage yourself. No need to "waste" an ICBC claim on a relatively minor job that I'm sure a deep cut-wax wouldn't fix .

Yup , you just have to pay the deductable and say you drove up to kamloops behind a dump truck or something . Mike is right about depreciation though but it shouldnt be that bad . . . worth a shot .

I claimed for a rock that hit my hood and window. It was a slight scuff in the window (not a crack) and they allowed for something like $750 total for repair of the paint and replacement of the window. I ended up taking a cash settlement at a percentage (can't remember how much) of the the $750 and touched up the paint myself.
