Hawk Talk

After recieving my latest edition of hawk talk in the mail I noticed Larry (black robe) registered with the Firehawk Association of America. Welcome to this exclusive club Larry and I hope to see you soon. Count me in for the firehawkfest next year. Maybe the BCTFB should consider putting out a quarterly newsletter for more exposure? Just start collecting dues from members annually raise some cash with 50/50 draws and build a dream f-body for club members to run at the track. That'll definately put this club on the map.

Just buy an old f-body and mod the hell out of it, don't need new paint just plaster the thing in decals and let Payam drive it last.

Firehawks will run low 13's right out of the box, go with LS6 heads and cam, headers and the bottle and I'd probably run 10's.

I'm not in a mad dash for 10's like you Payam, I'd settle for installing the few little mods I have and bolt on some longtube headers to run 12's, that's my goal next year if I don't trade in on a new vette. This girl I know who works at the Cat and the Fiddle races a chevy built by her dad and the famous driver Buck Kinney and she's pushing 10's too, how would you like to get spanked in a race by this hot babe?

i like how ppl assume there car will run a certain time when they have never taken it to a track
Its easy to say
with heads/cam/headers blah blah im gunna be in the 10's man!
@ least our buddy payam here has a nice time slip to show us
i only got a 13.2 w/ my mods but i know it has potential for more
