like the title says.... ok well heres my story

Last week i phoned to get my car in to get my 4th gen seats installed, well he said that they were full for the week and to come back on thursday (Today) had an apointment and everything for 8:30am.. well i get there drop off the car, showed him the seats and what i wanted, and he said ok... so i dropped off the keys, and went for a walk, had a cup of jo and what not. about an hour later, i walk back and the car hasn't moved, "ok" i said... i go and watch a hockey game at the rinks, and then went to see SWAT (which is awesome btw) and now its about 2:30pm, 3pm... and i walk back, well my car still hasn't been touched! "wtf" so i go in and im like why hasn't my car been started on yet? well uhhh eerrr... i dunno... talk to kris... alright i go to the back, and hes building a motor... why isn't my car being worked on? oh well we haven't enough time to look at it yet, and i need to get the parts, and such...... WTF!

now i ask u whats the point of a damn apointment in the first place! so i basicly wasted 25 bucks of gas and a good day on nothing.... i have another "apointment" for tuesday and it better be worked on, cuz if its another one like today, they better give me a free cage, or something! damn it im so pissed off.

Why would you go back after being treated like that? Spend your hard earned money where they actually care about customer service!

ya it is.... i can't beleive the crap i went thought today, its so stupid...

u would think that if they gave u a week apointment, they would acually get something done! but nooooo they didn't even look at it
