Going for class 5...what do I need to know?
Going for class 5...what do I need to know?
Is it 10 and 2 or 9 and 3 on the steering wheel?
It's 50 in the city 80 on the highway for km/h speed right?
Damn it I have no idea how to drive by the book any more! What kind of shiz do they make you do? I don't wanna waste a wad of cash and still return home with the N on the back.
Thanks

3 point turn <<<
Shoulder check all the time <<<
They will make you call out dangers that you see . . . . . just have a bunch of ideas in your head before hand like cross walks and bus stops and crap.
Good luck . . . its a bitch

TALK TALK TALK, just talk to the person, it shows great confidence... mine was finished after 15 mins, yes she did the 3 point turn and 2 of the danger call outs, but then she said she'd seen enough, and we headed back
guarenteed 1 park zone, watch for it, 1 3-point turn, and 2 hazard call outs
they may take u to a no right turn stop light... dont turn (like i did, mwahaha, i failed my 1st go, only demerit too)
just be confident, smooth, and calm

It is 10 and 2. Just remember to scan the intersections as you come to them. My instructor told me that was one of my big faults. And stay up to speed, I got demerits for going to slow, which was 46-47 in a 50 zone. I was nervous because the first words out of the instructors mouth were, "I will tell you where to go and your not going to say a word, just drive." I swear those were his exact words. He was a real a-hole.

Upate: It went decent I saw him write a couple of things down made some mistakes and was nervous as hell. But when we got back he told me what I did wrong, then told me everything else was excellent but never told me if I passed or not then turns out I passed!
Hell yeah, class 5 no more magnetic N bullsh!t (not like I ever used it) but no more BS rules!

Sounds like Jimbo had a better test than I did. I locked the steering wheel and couldn't get it to unlock. So the key wouldn't turn in the ignition. So I had to walk back to the DMV with the windows in the car down (power windows). After taking 5 steps I turned around and thought I'd try one more time so I reached into the car and unlocked the door which set off the car alarm.....which can only be turned off by "starting the car."
So I walked back to the DMV with my car windows down, and the car alarm blaring away.
Later I learned that to unlock the steering wheel you just crank on the wheel real hard. I had gotten the tire against the curb doing my parallel parking test on a hill (because I was so close
) and when I turned the car off, the steering wheel locked on me.
