Its a little mechanical gauge that can either go under the hood.. or u can buy a 6' line for it and check ur pressure while driving if u want

if u want to put it on ur fuel rail it needs a 90 degree -4AN to 1/8 NPT adaptor .. or u can just buy a -4AN line with a pipe thread adaptor and bring it inside the car "temporarly" and check ur pressure under WOT

its a nice little piece, oil filled and works great
