Works for rogers, i dont know about other networks.
there is NO contract on this phone you have to sign up for whatever contract u want or u can just change from ur current phone to this one. Very limited production phone was really expensive when it came out.

its not GSM (no sim card needed) but it gets really good reception... way better than my 8390 which was GSM
