No thanks!!! I'll stick with the King!! The LT1!!!
L=lotta
T=torque

L=Lotta
S=speed

Personally, I love the snap your head back torque over the high end speed, why you may ask?, because, 9/10 times, you'll never use the higher speeds. Torque is used more often. IMHO
Something on that dyno sheet puzzles me. Its flat and stay around 500 rwhp. Then it breaks and there is no reading. Then it suddenly has a small flat section of 700 rwhp for about 500 rpm. Then it breaks again. Then it resumes at the flat curve at 500 rwhp again. Dyno curves should not break like that unless there is something wrong with the machine (of course, maybe I'm missing something here...). Looks more like someone took a section of the dyno curve and inflated it 200 rwhp. Unless they only blipped the nitrous for 0.5 seconds and turned the reader off and on right when the nitrous was hit, and turned off.

It just seems that mod-for-mod, an LS1 is putting out better numbers... although at a higher price. What is the largest displacement you can get out of an LT1 block? And an LS1 block?

I want an LS1
now i really want an LS1
