My truck looks like it will sell tonight (offer on the table), so I will have the TA on the road instantly after that!
Then off to ANOTHER chassis shop to figure out what is wrong with all the wheel hop.

You can put me down as 100% rather than the 99%. It will be around 9:00-10:00 that I'll arrive, depending on traffic. Perhaps sooner.
Be fun having a few 400 rwhp cars dynoing. I think I'l bring my camcorder.

You sound just like Andy!
Ah well - workdays are tough for most people, but in this case, it happens to work ok for some of us. Let's just call this a sampler dyno day...
But if you look at it another way, doing it on a weekday, if people take off work for it, then you are not likely to have any no-shows.

good point!
Re: Dyno Day who's coming?
Well I finally got on the Dyno. Kit has been on the car since July '04 and had never been tuned. The car has 97,000 KM on it and still runs original platinum plugs, which by now probably don't have any platinum left and are probably over a .500 gap. Anyways, the first pull was 340 rwhp and 368 rwt. Matt did some tuning and the next pull was 382 rwhp and 418 rwt. One more tune and
one more pull and we went 392.7 rwhp and 407 rwt. Tuning basically entailed
more fuel and some timing. All numbers are sae corrected.
I guess next step is new plugs, 42 lb injectors and a 255 GPH pump.
I'll install the boost controller and we'll dial in a few more hp.By the way all numbers are at 5 PSI.
We picked up 50 HP on the day. Did a couple of blasts down the back road last night and you definitely can feel a substantial difference.
By the way I also have a defective MAF so it will need some retuning after I replace it.

Re: Dyno Day who's coming?
You know, I'm only guessing, but I suspect the dyno was reading lower than usual that day, so you numbers may be better than that.
If I look at my numbers from the day, I was down 12 rwhp and 20 ft-lbs of torque (SAE corrected) from 2 weeks ago. There was no tuning or mechincal reason for that. Likely a dyno reading issue.
And comparing your numbers to Angie at TR, she did get 50 rwhp more with the same 5 psi boost I think (correct me if I'm wrong). She may have headers and a pulley, but that was also thru an A4, and a Vig2800 which robs a lot. And a motor with 100,000 miles.
Put those factors together and it suggests that your peak numbers may be actually higher, even corrected.
Track times will show us some more. I think dynos are best for just tuning on one specific day, and comparing days can be tough.
