Can't sue for everything in Canada

 

We don't really care, we knew this would happen and we'll just end up finding a new place.

I think only a few people are really upset, probably since they were the people that were always out there. Rest of us don't really give 2 ****s.

 

i give a ****, cuz cool stuff like JH and events like the Crusie-In are going to be canceled for this ****... and its stupid.

 

I don't think anyone was really bytching about it, I can understand why the property managers may be wanting people to leave, burnouts marks and garbage. If they shut it down there is a dozen other parking lots to choose from just a matter of spreading the word. Nobody is going to start a lawsuit because they can't meet in a certain parking lot to set up street races Not like people can say they are shopping only thing open at that time is Java Hut.

 

If I owned a business there I'd be looking at my lease pretty hard.

 

I would to I wouldnt be happy about my lawn lord chasing away my customers.

Sorry guys I just dont understand why some of you guys dont care.
But I know if our car club gets told that we couldnt go to our reg. meeting place due to the fact of the type of cars we drive then We would sue.

 

Again, even in the states I don't think you could "sue" i'm sure you could sign some sort of petition or get regular customers that are in non-classic cars to boycott the establishment all in all. That will really sink business for that store and that is when the store owners will do something about it. See us canadians can do things without resuilting in violence or tieing up the court system for mior affairs.

I'm actually all down for the boycotting idea since majority of the people that live in that are, (Java Hut) area into their classic muscle cars they would probably jump on a idea like this. I elect our leader el presidanta JD to organize something for us.

 

Ok now if the peps was asked to leave because they were doing burnouts in the parking lots and leaving trash everywhere, yes I could see where someone that owned the parking lot to get a lil bit upset. They do have a liablity if something should (GOD FORBID) happen on their property.
However if you look around I am almost certain that you can find an old abandoned building that has a decent parking lot that could be used for the same purpose.....
