Should i just buy like a muffler (mines got a tiny whole in it) or just purchase an entire catback???

Easiest way to check would be to take a look at your intermediate pipe and see how it is connected at the joints? clamps? welds? pipe size? If you are still using the stock set up, I say go with a cat-back for sure.
