hehehe i got no choke on my 700cfm DP holley cuz its a drag carb, ill show you how fast its starts when its cold one quick flick of the ignition and its on, you just gotta hold your foot on the gas a tiny bit for 20 sec before it will idle on its own fine

 

i've got a holley 750 double pumper with no choke and it turns over first crank everytime as well... but i just have to sit there with the foot on the gas for a while before it warms up.


and talos yes it will. i have an electronic choke on my 71 chev. just make sure it works.

 

im just wonderin cuz i don't have one now, so puttin a power one on now, is ok.

im not a carb guy, ill bring it over and have a look for yourself. all i knwo is that its a 650, holley, 4 barrel, vacuum secondarys, electric choke. look for yourself if you like it make me an offer if not no biggie, back into the garage it goes.

$160Cdn for one, maybe two working/ fresh holley DP is a pretty good price. If I had the $$ Id do it just to get more parts . THe 650s are a little small for me though as I am finding out .

a 650 would be perfect for me. im not goin to bother with the 2 in the buysell.... i talked to him, and it doesn't sound like he knows 1 think about them, one has a broken flange soooo ya
