Cage Time?

http://progasengineering.com/pricing.htm

This is for you Mike, or anyone else that might need a cage. Thats a pretty though price to beat because it's an installed price, in Canada, 100% NHRA legal, in Canadian dollars and they are very well established...they built RasPaul's Mustang and Don Murrey's Vette.
I saw something about a "sale" at Progas on the CPSA web site because they want to try to limit the amount of people needing cages when it gets closer to the season (I guess it gets crazy busy because of people trying to get legal...fast!)

Andy

That's a great price. I may end up taking my Camaro there.

Hey did you see the video's of Don Murray running a 7.22 @ 196 or Rashpaul running 8.06 @ 176?

Take a look:

Don Murray: http://dragindon.com/722at196.mpeg

Rashpaul: http://progasengineering.com/images/806.WMV

these prices are ridiculous ...

Anti roll bars installed most cars 700.00 ?! WTF
6pt Roll bar kits with prenotched tubes 300.00 ??? $300 to make a few welds !? gimmi a break ! $600 to bend some tubes ?!

baah, once my car is a bit more ready and im not so busy with school i'll hook u all up with cheap cages ... that is .. if our plans actually work out...

i still think a Bauman engineering job would be better and cheaper than progas ...

im not saying this is 100% for sure .. but i'll try my best to make it happen for whoever is interested.

The reason I have spent that much is because everything is NEW not USED. I haven't overpaid for a single thing. Plus that number includes non performance upgrades like subs and amp.

Payam...trust me....$600 installed is a good price....a cage isn't something I would skimp on

i paid 290.00 for mine after tax, a competition engineering 8 point cage, pre-notched and bent. so its about the right price. and 300 bucks to put a cage in is not a rip, do it your self and you'll see where that money goes! stripping the interior etc. and making everything fit and mounting the plates, etc. etc. its about a 12-16 hour job for me, to do it myself top to bottom!
