Best Battery????

Well guys it seems my battery served it's 7 years of service and called it quits. Which is the better Optima Yellow or Red? or should I just go back to the good old Delco. Thanks

I think it depends on what you need it for...

But we've got 3 or 4 people in need of new batterys... so a group purchase is in order!

I have cash ready to go!

The replacement delcos seem to be one of the better batteries out there right now. I dont buy batteries though. I just grab one of the marginal ones off the junk battery pile at work until I find one that takes a charge . Havent had one let me down yet.
Cheers.

I've had nothing buy good luck with Delco's.......

I've got a battery in my VW that has so far lasted 12+ years!

It's "MagnaCharge" brand.

I bought it with the car when I was 15.........have no idea where it came from.

I am for interstate also

Ret top optimas well survive one pwer drain and then they are paper weights they will never recharge to anywhere near full status.

Pickup a interstate or something with a warranty most good batteries will have up to a 5 year warranty on the optima doesnt offer crap

I have a brand new (Its just been sitting at home for about 3 months) canadian tire motomaster brand battery.

My last one failed, (at the time i didnt know it was teh batter and had it fixed at GM who put in a nice new ACDelco one), but the old one was still under warranty so I got a brand new one which should be working fine.

Anyone wanna buy it? got it for 80$ originally, toss an offer.
