I highly doubt that blower has beed bagged on...
Tom isn't one to go out and rip it up on the street... I'd say the blower has seen FEW few miles...
Also, he's selling the entire car, so its not like he's just selling the blower to upgrade...
As he owns his own company, his vehicles are mainly put together as a showcase for the products... And not to mention he gets to do all of his toys as HUGE tax write-offs for his business...
Not that I know this for sure (about the taxes) but I would bet he does... Or if he doesn't, he's quite the fool
