Anyone have a Scan Tool?

Anyone here have a scan tool they'd be willing to lend to me for a weekend or so? I can rent it out or whatever... i really wanna check my O2's... but GM's a bit expensive to go to =P

I'll probably be out camping next weekend.. i got one hellova schedule with school + work and all Can the scanner read O2 readings and all that? I'm trying to troubleshoot this low rpm stumble that wont go away.... can't afford to throw much more $ at replacing random things :/
