This is a 10 second video of me on street tires, therefore I have to ease out of it for the first 2 seconds.

I decided to head down to Seattle for one night and see what the street boys were up to. Those guys got it good. We raced four side by side.

There was a supposedly 13 second 4th gen, a 12 second 300 Z, and I forget the other guy, I think a 12 second turbo Talon.

It is hard to tell 3-D, but I was in the fourth lane, and let's just say that I saw all six headlights in my mirror and so decided to pull over to the slow lane after 9 seconds. hehehe!

Ok goldfire, here is what happened. After I downloaded divx, I went to your e-mail address, clicked on it, then I dragged my “4way video” icon onto the “mail” and it showed an attachment. Then all hell broke loose!

My puter froze,.... a sign showed that I had performed an illegal operation, (as if I didn’t know racing four abreast wasn’t illegal...) I rebooted the puter, went through scan disk, and here I am. I will try this again, but just incase it happens again, know this, it takes time to boot up and get organized.

 

Hey, it’s kind of a stupid video cause the guy filming it loses it. He forgets to point the camera in the direction of the race. I have no idea what his problem was.

Hey, how about I tell the story then. See if I can paint a picture via words. You know, like ole times.

See, I was on this Seattle site which has mostly ricers on it and some domestics. And they are all braggin it up and inviting the guys from Oregon with their doms to come on up. Well I thought I would go on down.

SO I took my daughter along and we arrived at the spot just on time, 10:30 p.m. They wanted to sport their big guns against this Cdn invader, so they lined up three of their best.

These guys did do it right, I must say. They had spotters a mile in every direction with two way radios. When we went from spot “A” to “B” to “C”, the lead vehicle would block off traffic so that all racers would stay in line and not have other traffic come in between.

Well, the first two spots did not feel right so I did not race. You know, the usually commercial areas with driveways, etc. One even had a RRXing at the end of it, JOY!

Anyways, when we get to this spot, there are in fact 5 lanes. Two for either direction and one middle turning lane. The flagger lines us up, does a really stupid quick count down, and we are gone. The 300Z gets it right off the line, I was sleeping.

I ease out of the hole for about the first 100 feet, and then I nail it. Up to this point two are almost even with me and the third is leading. You see, I had tried a few hole shots as we went from “a” to “b” to “c”, and for some reason, all four tires were breaking lose each time. SO I though it best to not lose it and therefore ease out of the hole.

Well by midway, some seemed to give up, at least so it seemed. The video really doesn’t do it justice cause half the time, the idiot shooting,....he is taking a movie of the asphalt,.... it may be due to him laughing and being entertained by this race. I actually think the guy filming this race was cheering for me.. In the end, I pull to the curb lane ahead of all of them and shut it down.

 

 

Well that was pretty damn amusing lol. If you
two get this sorted out I've gotta see it 4 sure .
