I have been a member for a while. I joined so I caould ask questions about camaros and learn a little since I wanted to buy one.

I finally after 5 months of searching decided on a prject. I bought a 1997 z28 t top silver Camaro. Engine runs like a top (mechanic checked it out) straight body, no leakes. grade A

Interior is leather 30th aniversary stuff okay but 13 years old and shows B-

Exterior clear coat is peeling like a MF and looks awful up close, along with Bald tires and ugly American Racing Rims. C-

I got well lets say I stole the car from the kid, if I spend 2500 on repairs and upgrades I still come in below Blue Book on it.

The kid had Hooker headers, MSD ignition, a better Cam and throttle body, and a borla exhaust all profesionally installed. I got the reciepts he spent like 3k on this stuff.
