I have been absent from the scene for about 4 years finally got into the mood to play with my car again, I got burnt out on it now i am ready to hit the track again. Just wanted to say hello again

 

That's kind of where I'm at too. What's funny is when I had my '95 convertible, all I could think about was getting out of the LT1 and getting the new and dominating (at that time) LS1. So, I purchased a brand new 2000 Z28 6-speed with an LS1. When that car had 700 miles on the odo I changed the oil and while the temp tag was still in the window, took it to Las Vegas Motor Speedway (The Strip) and bone stock, ran a 13.7 @ 103 with a disasterous <sp> .500 reaction time. Even though it was faster, I always liked driving the LT1 more. Everything that LS1 had was up high and I don't like spinning it over 4 grand all the time on the street. Also, I never liked how it sounded.
This car sounds awesome and it will absolutely humiliate the '85 vette I've been driving.

Sorry for the long rant. (man, I get more like my old man every day)
