New from Ohio

Hey guys/gals, thought I'd say hello, just joined to kinda talk to some folks and learn a little more about my camaro, I own a chopper shop and getting into a personal project I picked up a 1995 Camaro Z28, lt1 auto I know it's not the coolest car around, but I had to jump on it for the price! Now I kinda have an itch to make it a decent street machine, Like I said I know it's not a "sweet" car but its pretty fun to drive, and Ive seen them look pretty good. I am looking for parts, and advice, I'm not young or new to building, been building custom bikes and some old school hot rods for years, but I just had a great deal on this camaro, and why not play with it! thanks and look forward to talking with more enthusiests

Welcome to the board.

Nothing wrong with the LT1 and it can be transformed into a real head turner.

Thanks! And I only paid 900 bucks for the car and it's 130,000 orig miles, clean as a whistle! can't beat that, I just get discouraged, these are a dime a dozen and nothing special, but I love the way its sits, drives and looks for some reason...doesnt hurt to build something that's been done alot, its a cool car I think

Welcome aboard! Contrary to a lot of LT1 haters I happen to like them and have dealt with them for a while now. Lots and Lots of great people on this forum and lots of valuable information!

I would love to find a 95 Z28 like you got for $900. I would buy it without hesitation.
