Smile New Camaro Owner

I just bought my first car, a 1979 z28 Camaro. It runs nicely, but needs a lot of cosmetic and interior work. I intend to stroke or replace the engine as stock HP is listed at 175, and I was hoping for suggestions. Also, is there a restrictor plate somewhere I can remove to increase power in the meantime?

I was also wondering if anyone knows good places to get interior pieces? I am hoping to keep it real classic.

my first thought: http://downloads.classicindustries.c.../C_PDF_All.pdf

And I doubt you'll find a restrictor plate. Those engines were just weak.
