Howdy do, New Member here

I see lots of good info here and decided to join in on the fun of sharing information and ideas. Since all I got to keep besides my retirement was my old car, I decided it's time to invest in the faithful lady lol. Starting a rebuild of 1991 Z28 5.7L TPI-L98. It's non-running due to fuel pump out again, and again.
It's a total rebuild, engine, suspension, brakes, and lots of headaches! That's why we are here though, to save in enduring so much pain lol. I hope to connect with some familiar people with familiar problems.

Welcome to CamaroZ28.com ! ! !

Great looking ride. Encouraging to see a new 3rd Gen owner looking for help and capable of helping us out. Not a lot of 3rd Gen owners left here. Seems like mostly 4th Gen enthusiasts. We need all the help we can get.

Good job dude. We old farts need to stick together. Or automatic together anyway ;-) I was a 3rd gen owner, as was Fred. I hated selling my 86 TA when I bought my new 98 TA. I thought the style looked better than the newer car and wasn't afraid to tell the sales guy that. Interesting about the fuel pump issue, I never had that in the 9 years I owned the 86. TPS failure, valve seal leaks, bad paint, repeated distributor rotor failures. That's all ;-)
