Hello from TX

Hi all I just got a 96 Z-28 it came with a K and N intake and possibly mufflers not to sure there but I'm looking at changing the rims to torq thrust rims and true dual flowmasters and maybe a cam I'm not to sure what kind of cam is good for the LT1 its also a 6 speed

Welcome to the board. Congrats on the purchase that's a nice looking car. There are several cams that are good for the LT1 it just depends on your budget and goal for whatever cam would suit you best.

Cool stuff a team member of mine told me about Texas speed performance and I saw a couple of cams for about 290 and all any idea of what is a good solid cam that's good and all I'm new to the Camaro and all but I know a good amount of cars and all

Welcome to the site!!

As noted, check the tech forums, particularly LT1 Based Engine Tech. There's also a "sticky" on the Exhaust forum showing various way to set up a true dual exhaust system. The stocker is a single exhaust, from a Y-pipe at the manifolds to a single cross-flow muffler, with dual outlets.
