turning in my plates..got a question only got 1

I moved here to Orlando and gotta get my florida plates, I have the new white and red letters plates on my car, and I know they issue two for the car..and I moved now I dont have my other plate..when I go to turn them in you think Florida or for that fact MA going to give me a problem??

I think they will. They may charge you a lost plate fee
