Marc,

Nice pics of the head comparison. How much did it cost to open up the chambers, if you know? What piston and rod length are you running?
Thanks,
Joe

It was $ 1659 for the heads plus shipping.

I'm running 6" rods, can't recall exactly what the piston cc is but it must be on an invoice somewhere (gotta try and remember where I hid them so the wife didn't find them)

Hey Mike, where've you been hiding? Coming down on Sat(NEDyno)?

I can't, I will be in Niagara Falls this weekend picking up a Mustang for a friend of mine. (As well as hitting the strip clubs )

My car is coming along, like everyone elses it takes 5 times longer and costs 10X as much as you planned. FAST system is here, Motor is almost completed. Coil Overs and Tubular K-Member are here.

Need to pick a convertor and put it all back together....

The new parts look sweet on the car also, but how you gonna break in the new rear when the car can't move

Bob,
I thought it was good advertising

Did you have them flowtested? If so, do you mind posting numbers?

I don't have flow numbers, they were tested but they were flowed on a pressurized flow bench as the heads were ported to flow best under pressure. Flow numbers would not be a good representation as you would not be able to compare them as it would not a true apples to apples comparison.

I went through Lonnie Pavis www.westol.com/lpavtis/ "E" mail lpavtis@westol.com

Lonnie is great to deal with.

Hey John, how is it going? I have been busy. I am slowly (and I mean slowly) starting the teardown of the LT1 again. Lloyd Elliott heads, Jet Hot LT's, Mufflex Y-pipe, Carsound 3" cat, Canton Oil pan, new wires + plugs, etc. Trying to squeeze the 400rwhp mark. Getting married end of August. Unfortunately I wont be a spectator on the 31st because my girls parents are coming up from New York.

This car is driving me nuts. Probably wont see road time till next spring at the rate I am working.
