Thrown codes: P0135 & P0137; after LT install

I just got my car back from the shop after getting SLP LT's, Random Tech cats, 8mm wires and Iridium plugs installed.

On the way home the SES light came on. I plugged my Predator up to the car to read the codes, and this is what came up:

P0135: O2S Heater Curcuit, Bank 1 Sensor 1, Malfunction

P0137: O2S Circuit, Bank1 Sensor 2, low voltage

So basically, in laymans... what does this mean? Is one of my O2 sensors bad? Is it loose wiring?

Also... what kind of damage could this do to the car if ran prolonged like this?

I plan on getting it fixed ASAP, just wondering...

It means your 02's are too far back and they are not heating up efficiently a real tune might help but I am not quite sure.
