MA Inspection

I will be putting my 97 ws6 on the road in a few weeks and it literally has NO emissions stuff on it. However, due to recent events, OBD-II only has to pass the scanner test correct? So as long as i have no codes, i will pass right?

If not, anyone wanna hook me up with an inspection sticker

It will pass. I have no emissions stuff (except for cats), but tuning wise the EGR and AIR was disabled (headers didn't have emissions).

96 and 97 have always been OBD2 (no sniffer).... and as far as I know last October they got rid of the sniffer all together for OBD1 cars. Can someone verify that it has happened?

It has my friends 91 LSC only had to pass the safety. I was looking at cheap 93-95 LT1 cars for projects because of this.
