Walmart in Halifax, ma has a car show in the summer (you've probably heard of it) every friday,, it's sponsored by Auto Zone and sometimes they give out prizes and there's a photographer there who picks out cars to publish in magazines,, it's pretty cool !!! I've shown my car twice and have only seen one other Iroc out of 300+ cars,, there's alot to look at !!!!!

Can't wait to take my car out for a cruise after all the snow and salt is gone !!

 

I have taken the camaro to car shows. I haven't been to the Halifax one. I have heard about it. I enjoy the car show seen in the spring, summer, and fall. I do not like winter anymore. Before you no it, it will be spring again

Yes, the Iroc's were very popular in the 80's. that's true that you don't see too many of them anymore. What was the production numbers? I also have a 80's car. It's a 86 buick regal T-Type, blue on blue. Do you remember the Grandnational? Same thing, just not black. Only 2000 were made in 86.

 

I'm not quite sure of the production #no's for iroc,, I can look it up !!!
I do remember the grand nationals !! they were pretty quick off the line for a turbo v6..They only made 700 in New england.... The GNX was even faster...They are going for big, big money now.....

You have a blue regal ?? that must be nice!!!. and comfortable to drive...

 

It's a Regal T-Type turbo, same as the regal grand national, but faster. Of course the gnx was faster. The only reason the t type was faster than the Grandnational was the rims, lighter. Same body,power train, just not black. I enjoy both of my toys. I really love to take the Z28 out on hot days with the top down. Can't wait for that!

 

48 more days !!! Then warm temps and lots of sunshine !! I might take the iroc out for a ride today,, the roads are clean and dry (no salt) and there's no more snow it's just really cold.. maybe!!!!

Took my car out for a couple hours,, sun was shining and the t-tops keep it warm in the car so I didn't have to turn the heat on too much..Popped in a cd and enjoyed the ride.. Today is another good day for a spin, but like you said Sunday IS NOT a day to have the car out !!!!! Will most likely take it out again today (can't help myself) LOL !!!! The fun will end soon as the snow will be here around midnight......

 

Yeah, I couldn't help it either. Took the Camaro out this morning. Also popped in a cd. What a beautiful day. Did not put the top down though. Soon enough.
