U can pass emissions in Mass, i always introduce my inspection guy to Mr. Jackson, that always warants a sticker, no matter how many small animals have just passed out behind the car. IF your putting long tubes on make sure u have brackets put in so that u can swap out the cats for offroad pipes, a quick bolt in bolt out is key.

 

And where is Mr. Jackson accepted?
