How much is the 12 bolt? And is it set up for ABS and TCS?

12 bolt with the following upgrades. 33spline axles upgraded from the standard 30 spline. T/A performance cover instead of the standard cover. Has the optional 3 channel ABS. Cost me $2400 from Thunder Racing. Has under 15000 miles on it. Looking for $1800 or best offer!
