Finally dyno'd the LS-1
Finally dyno'd the LS-1
Well, even though I've had the LS-1 for over a year now I finally got around to dynoing the old girl....errr new girl
I stopped into New England Dyno and Tuning ( www.nedyno.com ) and Dyno Dean Hoffman and Rob took care of me and strapped the LS-1 down (actuallly Rob strapped the car down
) and we made some pulls.
We did two pulls with the Hypertech progaming in and did three pulls without the HyperCRAP programming in.
Last year I did a track comparison and the HPP III programming did show a small gain at the track but the dyno numbers are telling me that it must have been my excellent driving skills
Run #1 is the HPP III run and the LS-1 made 286.99 RWHP / 285.41 RWTQ
Run #4 is with stock tuning and the LS-1 made 286.79 RWHP / 289.08 RWTQ
Here is the graph
