My car is not starting at the current time. I left for the Bracket Finals in Norwalk and it died (twice). I am thinking either opti or coil at this point.

I need more info. Not enough in the link. I've only been there for street nite before. What is the cost? Can you race your street car just like street nite?

Thanks,
Dave

Why would he get raped?

It's only $25

To the other track virgin......

They give you colored wristbands and you race when they raise the colored flag (that matches the wristband) and call your color wristband to the staging lanes.

Run what you brung

This event was originally scheduled much earlier in the year... I peeled the following out of an earlier post:

"New England Dragway, Route 27 Epping, NH June 7, 2003
Firebird Street and Slick Classes - Firebird Street and Slick Classes - Camaro vs. Firebird Finals - Firebird/Camaro Car Show.
There will be a designated lane for F-bodies.
Race - car and driver, open test and tune welcome...$25.00 "

I assume it will be a bracket racing format.... Take a couple of time trials, pick a number and run type of thing. I wish my car was running.

I think I will borrow an import and go on Saturday.

It's like a street night,but with traction
Also if you drive through the water box with your street tires they will smack you for being stupid

is the water box that place that you spin your tires around a few times right before you do a burnout?

By rolling your tires through water, you it makes them easier to start spinning for the burnout. It also reduces any driveline shock. No sense in breaking parts doing a burnout.

it all ties together now. so what i thought was people making rediculously wide turns was people in street tires avoiding the water box. me = smurt
