Gonna go run it one more time and then bring it to New England Dyno and Tuning to finish up the tuning and then after that I need to yank the torque converter out and send it back as it's loose as a bastard.

Traction is virtually non existant on Street nights so I don't bother go anymore. No slicks so any track prep is basically limited to wiping off the obvious leaks and dirt. The only prayer of traction is getting there early on Friday right after a track rental and running in the one lane that was treated before all the street tires tear the line up.

Funny cars under the stars this weekend...

For me that means I will be fixing a slow leak in my tranny cooler line and cleaning electrical connections.

 

OH MY FREAKIN GOD,

I went tonite and had to rce the orange mustang, the name of the guy was Lou, HOLY **** he ran a 10 on me damn I wana get some mod money together soon so I can start goin up there and winning some races.

 

I agree with the traction part i ran a 13.2 last saturday with a bad 60' and I couldnt break 13.6 last night. In all fairness to them street tires just throw rubber on the track, even after they prepped the track at dusk it sucked but I do have stock tires with 25K on them.

 

I was lookin for you last nite and didn't see you? Did you see me at all, The blue 99 with white stripes? Oh well I had fun and I plan on goin with a few friends in about a month or so.
