Zex wet kit issues

I recently installed a Zex wet kit on my 93 Formula. i took it out for the fist time tonight still on the stock spark plugs and the car started popping and missing so i let off. tryed it agian and did the same. so i figure my problem is the plugs? i have a Set of TR6's at home that will be installed on friday before i take it to the track. so my question is.. Was the popping and missing just from the plugs or could there be and other problems. i had someone told me that i should have put the nozzle on the top of the elbow, but that didnt clear the hood so its mounted on the drivers side of the elbow. Anyone have any ideas. oh and it was set on a 100 shot when i ran it.

Take a look at your plugs when you change them, that is the only way to really tell what is going on.

Do you have a fuel pressure safety switch?

Take a look at the plugs and either take a picture or post them on here and we can tell you what is up.

FormulaLT193, Congrats on the 11.9 run at Cecil County on wednesday. I am the guy that you talked to in the staging lanes about your nitrous set-up. What was your trap speed on that run? I can't wait to get my kit installed after seeing how well yours did!! Maybe I'll see you there again sometime. I go almost every wed. and friday night.
