Sure as hell won't hurt anything.

Spraying internally stock, you can get away w/ a stock fuel pump. BUT, with that many miles, I think a fresh, high volume pump would be a good idea.

would you not have to change the fuel (gas) jet on the nitrous system?

say the kit says a 150 shot calls for 52 fuel jet at 43.5 psi. if you install a 255lph fuel pump will you not have more pressure now? seems to me like you would have to adjust your fuel jet for the more gas flow?

now im guessing not stating a fact so hopefully someone who has done this will chime in and tell me.

now that i think about it i guess the fpr would only allow so much gas to the fuel rail so it wouldnt even matter how big a fuel pump you run as long as its enough to give you 43 psi at wot.

That is a misconception. Installing a larger fuel pump, will not make more gas go into the chamber if it doesn't need to. That is why the injectors, computer, and FPR are there. A larger 255lph, will make gas to the injectors happen faster, and larger IF it needs it. Go ahead and get that pump, its quality and is very cheap insurance.
