I had wanted to know how well the GenIII V8 would hold up to nitrous for some time but I didn't want to try it out on the Ls1 SS..... Well the SS spent most of last month in the body shop because some 16 year old girl didn't know how to stop her car a ran into me......so the dealer gave me a 2002 Chevy silverado to drive untill the SS was back on the road...I had this great idea to put a dry 100 shot on it and have some fun..so I did just that....I put the bottle in the back seat and ran it to a cheater solenoid and then to a N.O.S fan type nozzle stuck up into the air filter and pointed at the Maf .....it made for some good fun and it held up well...I ran three bottles throught it and I never had one problem...

it also ran down a 95 Cobra from a stop with cam and 3.73 gears.....and a Lightning from a roll!!

The truck that was in the video was a new Harley Davidson truck....same supercharged 5.4 ....the Lightning was alot better of a run...I didn't get him on video,but he was right with me till 95mph,I had to stop because of the fuel cutoff..
