Ok so I know the main thing you want to do when you tune for N20 is retard timing, most commonly at least 4*.
So If I did this I would have an NA tune with my regular timing and an N20 file with retarted timing. So what do you do?... run the N20 file all the time with retarded timing just in case you use the N20? So you end up sacrificing NA power for N20 power if you use it?
Mainly my question is since you cant switch on the fly what do you do?
Thanks, sorry if this is simple, its been bothering me.

There would have to be two tunes. One with the 4* pulled fo rwhen you are gonna spray and a NA set up. The other, and more logical way, to set things up would be with an MSD retard box. It retards the timing by a set amount (ie 4*) whenever the solenoids are activated and you are spraying. That way you have your NA power and some timing pulled when you spray.
