The real question is...why would you want to know?

Compucar is famous for using medical bottle valves and really really cheap solenoids. Nitrous isn't an arena to skimp on when it comes to quality. Stick with NOS, TNT, NX and Barry grant (Nitrous Works) even if you have to buy used.

Funny story, I called Compucar a couple times and talked to their techs, who each happily informed me a stock fuel system, stock timing and stock ignition on a 93 5.0 (with Hypereutectic slugs) would take a 200 shot. I laughed myself hoarse and hung up on them.

Ignorance like that can cost someone a motor, and you can be certain they won't be much help when the bill comes for it.

I know a few people who ran compucar kits and haven't had any problems. Someone has had a bad experience w/ every kit out there so take everything w/ a grain of salt.

The reason i asked is cause the price is good and my friend has been using his and just past his 20th bottle fill last thurs. His seems to work fine. I'll take my chance. Im sure if something malfuctions "Compucar" will stand by their product. Least I hope they would.

I read online the other day something about some great warranty that compucar offers. Run a google and see what you find.

They were very friendly and helpful when some debris got into my nitrous solenoid. I shipped it out to them and they only asked for $10 to fix it. No complaints here.

I'm sure their warranty is fine, but it will only cover their malfunctioning part. Remember, a hung up nitrous solenoid can take out a lot more than just a solenoid, it can take your WHOLE motor. Again, Compucar isn't going to cover these little incidentals.

Neither is any other company. Use at your own risk. The risk of all this stuff is known and no company can control that risk. They have no way to control bad N2O fill stations or use....

I have seen all kits in use. Each on has an advantage, just depends on where you want to spend the money.
