1/8" or 3/16" copper tubing works fine. You'll have to use some sort of flex hose, like braided S/S to connect from the cowl to the hood. I decided it was easier to just run the lines up into the "too large" gap between my SLP Ram Air HO hood, and the front bumper cover.... not through the holes in the hood.

Re: when u put a puge on, what do you need?

It would have been a long run... my purge solenoid is up in the drivers side front fender, behind the headlight. It would have taken a lot of tubing to get back to the cowl, then a flex line from the cowl to the hood, then a lot more tubing along the hood to get to the "nostrils".... and then the question is, does any of the nitrous get sucked into the nostrils?

The connections from the solenoid to the place I put them was pretty short.

Our good friends at DynoTune make a complete purge kit
at a very reasonable price.

I have mine mounted on my intake and then run the tube under
the cowl to the driver side hood hinge where it then exits
slightly between the hood and the black plastic around the
wiper arm.

copper tubing, dope tape, and a y-fitting and you have a dual purge right there. Simply route the tubing wherever you want and finish it off with a nice rubber insulation at the tips so it looks finished off.
