Exclamation When good plugs go bad!

My car was running fine. I was Just changing plugs to run a 175-200 shot. these are autolites 104's all were good untill I got the the #8 plug. The electrode was melted off the end along with some of the porclin broke off
I put in autolite 103's gaped at 40 the 104's I had gapped at 38.
All the other plugs looked new and clean. The electrodes were a little blue on them like they had gotten too hot.I guss its 104 octane when spraying for me know on.Plug pic 1 plug pic 2 plug pic 3
