Sky is the limit.
It depends on your setup
Compression, Gas octane, Tuning, Piston Strength and design.
Alot of factor can go into this equation.....

4340 Forged crank, 6 inch H-Beam rods, and JE SRP flat top forged pistons and the compression is 11.5.1 on pump gas but if i spray a big shot it will be on race gas

2 or 4 bolt mains? The pistons will probably be the limiting factor (assuming your cam, tuning and fuel is up to par). Most manufacturers rate a standard flat top at 250 max, but take that for what it's worth. People have gone higher but who knows what your car will do.

I would say it would be good for 2-250 with all else setup right.

The piston is definitely the limiting factor... With an "off the shelf" forging, and a 6.0 inch rod, I wouldn't push them much farther than 300.... Another BIG thing to consider is your ring gap.... Spraying gobs of nitrous requires a wider ring gap than normal... I recommend at least .030" gap for big shots... Some people go even wider....

6 inch rods, also put the oil ring into the wrist pin hole which kind of compromises strength... This is usually made up for by a better rod ratio, but with a lot of nitrous, 5.7" rods seem to be the preference....

If you had some custom nitrous pistons, with a .225" top ring land or better, 5.7" rods, and some properly gapped hell-fire rings, you'd have you a Built nitrous engine....

Re: whats the most i can spray ?

There's a rule of thumb that's useful in this situation.

You can spray about 50% of what you make when you're not spraying. In other words, if you make 100hp without the NO, then you can spray a 50-shot.

So... figuring that a hot LT1 these days can run 500hp, then you could add another 250 on the NO.

So according to that rule, the most you can probably spray, without spending a lot of money; is a 250 shot.

That's a rough sort of a rule, but it's helpful for guesstimating. I'd say that you'll be limited by your heads before you get limited by your bottom end.
That's all assuming that my information isn't so old that it's obsolete... heh.

Good quality piston and a quality tune.
You cant spray a 200 shot on the best piston if you dont have the tune down.
Take out some timing. Thats the name of the game. Play it safe and get a good piston such as JE or SRP or equivlant.
