Re: what shot?

With those miles even if it's in really good running condition, I wouldn't go over a 75-100 shot.....preferably a 75 shot......Just make sure you have a good working ignition, replace the opti if it hasn't been already, a step colder plugs can't hurt even on a small shot, good plug wires, a fuel pressure safety switch, window switch, and a good quality wet kit and it "may" be alright for a while......Before you do a nitrous kit, you may want to perform a leak down (and compression) test to make sure the rings are still sealing well, and the compression is fairly even as well......My honest opinion is that if you can't afford to have it possibly break in a bad way, (like that it's your primary car that you need from day to day), I really wouldn't do it.....good luck.........joe

You could try doing a leakdown test on the motor, it'll give you a good idea of what condition it's in.

Re: what shot?

How much do you rely on this car (daily driver?) and how prepared are you for a rebuild?

I sprayed 150 for a long time with @ 120k miles never a problem. Swapped in a cam and spun 2 rod bearings in no time because of the 6500rpm runs.
