Hey guys, I know this question probably gets asked a thousand times in here, but I'm thinking about n20 for my car. I have a 2000 SS M6 with a lid, maf, intake, long tubes, oryp, and gears. I don't think i'm going to much more to the car, so with the current set up I have what do you guys suggest for spray. Wet or dry? and how big of a shot? I was thinking something mild like a 100 shot. I want it to stay reliable but I also want that extra punch for those track runs and that uncertain race that I might need a little extra. Thanks for any suggestions.

 

I'd recomend going with a NX wet kit. Also look at upgrading your fuel pump and and MSD box to be safe. You can easily spray 100shot very frequently if you make sure you have enough fuel. Fell free to contact us if you have anymore questions.

Do you see yourself wanting to spray more then a 100 shot? My suggestion would be for a wet kit. With a dry kit your fuel injectors could become a limiting factor depending on how much you want to spray. Most guys start off with a 100 shot and then start moving the shot up. If you go with a dry kit and then want to up the shot you'll be upgrading your injectors and you'll also need a new tune for them. Don't get me wrong, dry kits are great but they can cost more in the long run, that is if you want to up the shot.

You'll be okay with the stock fuel system with a 100 shot. Anything over and you will want to start looking at a Racetronix fuel pump kit. I would also suggest a set of TR-6 spark plugs, and window switch, and a fuel pressure safety switch. I agree with CustomSSI. Deffintly do a NX system. They have the best track history for having the best quality and proven products on the market.And ofcourse a lifetime warrenty on there solenoids.I would run the wet system but if you are looking into a dry system look at our dry Halo kit.Its the best designed dry system on the market.

I'd still personally look into a wet kit, you can always take that off and use it on other vehicles and such (if they need more juice). Also seems wet kits have a better resell if you ever decide to get rid of it. Also once you use the bottle it gets adicting and you always want to go just a bit more......We are running free shipping on our NX kits till end of July if your interested.
