What kind of kit was this??

My friend from Fort Wayne came down here to Kokomo last night to hang out. He had a NOS system hooked up to his car. It is a 95 Camaro z28. The nitrous kit he had didnt make any since to me and here is why. He had 1 line going into his intake elbow about 2 inches in from of the throttle body. He didnt have any fuel lines hooked up to his schraver valve. The selenoids were mounted on the passenger side of the vehicle and there was 2 selenoids with a blue device thing in the middle of them, this was hooked up to the vaccum lined by the fpr. I didnt understand it being a wet kit bc there was nothing hooked up to his schrader valve for fuel. I didnt see it being a dry kit bc it as to blow into the MAF sensor to tell the PCM how much fuel to send. So what the heck kind of kit was this????

nos05176 kit. used on LT1 motors. it does not blow through the MAF. the 2 solenoids with a blue thingy in the middle is a vacuum line leading to the regulator. when the n2o is used, it blows n2o to the regulator forcing it shut. doing this raises the fuel pressure to about 75psi. and adds the additional fuel through the injectors that way. had one on my 94 z28 years ago. set for 125 i went from 13.60 to 12.24 @ 113.90
