My new NX system will be here next Fri. I have the same questions, but I specifically want to know if you can leave the timing "as is" untill the N2O is actually activated. Is this possible along with a window switch on either of the systems you are talking about? I would like to stay with MSD, but the adjustibility of the Mallory is beginning to sound pretty appealing.

Does anyone know the Mallory website?
That's the beauty of timing retard in your ignition box, you can leave you NA tune alone. The box will only pulling timing while you are spraying.

Check this out for all the info you could ask for... http://www.mrgasket.com/pdf/mallory_...78_hyfire6.pdf

Excellent, it looks like the Mallory VI has the same features as the MSD digital 6 but is about $60 cheaper. I'm downloading the dig6 instructions now to make sure.

Either option is better than chaining together all the separate MSD parts with my 6AL.

Thanks

I have the Accel 300 ignition. I just saw that they came out with the Accel 375 that plugs into the 300 and you have a hand held display where you can retard your timing, adjust your window switch, etc. all in the palm of your hang. I am ordering mine when I get paid on friday. The only downside is you'll dump $400+ in everything.
