Post Testing the System

Basically, the one thing I want to test before actually running the nitrous is that the solenoids are opening at WOT. I have an electronic throttle switch hooked into the TPS. If I have the ignition key in acc position with engine off, will the TPS still read volts? Is there any other way to make sure the nitrous only flows at WOT?

You aren't going to see TPS voltage in the accessory position, but you should see it with the key turned the other way in the "run" position (without starting the engine).
