Stock lt1+ N2O
Hey guys, I have a '97 z28 with no mods. Just curious as to what, if anything, I would have to do to my car to be able to run N2O. Also, what size shot would be safe to run?

No problem with 125-shot on the stocker.... that's conservative, some will say 150 HP. You will need TR6 plugs, and if you run a dry shot, pintle style injectors. An MSD box (e.g. - Digital 6), will help insure healthy spark, and can incorporate things like timing retard and a spark cut rev limiter, rather than the factory PCM's fuel-cut limiter.

I ran the NOS-5176 dry kit for several years with no problems. A lot of people don't like the dry kits, but I liked mine. Not sure if NOS still makes the 5176.... I bought mine back in 1995. I'm still using some of the components in my current setup.
