Post Stall and N20

Is a stall good or bad for N20? I am going to run a 100 shot with a window switch turning it on at 3000rpms. I have heard something about the stall causeing the N20 to come on too soon. Can someone help me out on this.

The right converter will only compliment the Nitrous system. The only bad thing I see coming from it is becoming an even better aquaintance with your tire dealer.

You can never activate the nitrous too soon IMO (Traction permitting). If you are below a safe opertaing RPM, thats different. W/ the 3000rpm window switch setting, the Nitrous is still going to come on at 3000 rpms, but w/ the converter, it will be coming on sooner or better yet when you launch.

Don't believe the Fast n Furious with that lame "Too Soon" crap Vin Deisel says. The sooner the better (again Traction permitting).

Good luck!

Cool

Be Ye aware that a 3000 stall converter will NOT stall at 3000 RPM on a 100 shot! It will stall HIGHER! You are increasing torque which is the main factor in stall RPM'S.

I'm guessing here, but look for another 500 RPM stall speeds when shooting a 100 shot out of the gate! If my guess is wrong I am sure someone will correct me!!

Question

Hey Redbird. Ever run at my home track here in Shreveport LA. Red River Raceway in Gilliam? We have the IHRA World Finals here every year?
Just wondering,

Clint
