Spraying my 383

I am thinking about spraying my 383 soon, and was wondering what the best setup would be for me. I was wondering what all i need to make sure everything works great, ex. gauges, window switch, bottle heater, wet or dry, and what brand kit to start out with, btw i already have a 255lph pump, 36lb injectors, and an afpr. Thanks for your help. Paul

What's the configuration of your 383? What is the LSA on the cam? What pistons are you using and were the pistons and the rings selected on the basis of a nitrous application? What is the rod length? How much were you thinking about spraying?

I have been thinking about doing the same once my rebuild is done. I have 11:1 compression, forged internals, and want to run an NX or TNT 150 wet kit. Already have 42lb/hr injectors and custom tune, but am not sure about tuning for N2O, and turning spray off during shifts (M6) or keeping it flowing.

With that setup you can easily spray 150-200 shot. I like the NX wet kit that comes with jets up to 150 shot. Get the GEN 2 upgrade kit also(purge , bottle heater, FPSS). A window switch is a good idea also. An aftermarket iginition with a provision to pull timing is also reccomended with a 150+ shot. Anyway search the threads in this section and do lots of reading before you get started.
